Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a product leader to own the KitchenOS roadmap and drive end-to-end product development for operator-facing tools. You will work with R&D, Brand Managers, and Kitchen Operators to translate insights into practical workflows and reliable production processes.

You will collaborate with engineers and data scientists to convert forecasts into usable features, ensuring launches are smooth and aligned with brand and kitchen needs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product management owning B2B or operational products end to end.
• Experience building tools for frontline teams in kitchen, warehouse, field, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operator-facing product roadmap and prioritize KitchenOS tools for brand managers and kitchen teams.
• Develop workflows to turn new concepts and menu changes into launch-ready experiences.
• Simplify daily kitchen operations by turning complex processes into clear, intuitive workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to translate forecasts and signals into actionable tools.
• Ensure current recipes, instructions, and quality checks are accessible at the point of work and easy to follow.
