What you'll be doing:

Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of commercial projects

Lead, mentor, and support project teams, providing guidance and ensuring that project objectives are met

Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

What we're looking for:

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in leading complex projects

Proven experience managing projects in the $40M-$100M+ range, demonstrating your ability to oversee large-scale operations

Experience in the commercial sector is preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges in this field

Motivated and driven with a go-getter attitude, always looking for ways to improve project outcomes
