Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, drawings, health, safety, environment, quality, materials, and standards.
• Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving to construction challenges.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management.
• Maintains contract with complex subcontracted scopes and administration, including defining work scope and monitoring progress.
• Reviews broader contract obligations and assists site manager in start-up activities.
• Reviews subcontractors’ submittals for scope, design documentation, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Assists with site inspections and witnesses/ signs off on systems commissioning.
• Identifies potential risks on project scopes.
• Other duties as required.
