Job summary

RES is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Denver to support the Construction Business Function by applying best practices in supply management and driving profitability. You will collaborate with construction project teams, engineering, estimating, legal, insurance, and other groups to procure services, materials, and equipment for successful construction projects.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Leads RFP processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Builds internal and supplier relationships for project needs.
• Experience negotiating PO's and subcontracts; travel up to 30%.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP processes and negotiate prices, terms, and schedules.
• Develop demand management requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams on proposals.
• Track POs and deliveries for site teams.
• Mentor Procurement Associates and support process improvements.
