Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking a Construction Materials Procurement & Supply Chain Lead to own the flow of materials from design decision to installation across both the factory and the field. In this player‑coach role, you will run RFQs, POs, expediting, and supplier management while designing a simple procurement and inventory system that future projects and factories can run on.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in supply chain, procurement, or inventory roles in construction or related manufacturing.
• Experience running RFQs, placing POs, managing suppliers, and fixing stockouts.
• ERP / WMS implementations experience a plus.
• Ability to design and upgrade procurement processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability for factory and jobsite from permit set to installation.
• Build a playbook for long‑lead items to prevent material delays.
• Stand up an inventory tracking approach using Sheets and QuickBooks.
• Lead supplier strategy and negotiate pricing, terms, and programs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, factory, and site teams on material choices.
• Translate workflows into requirements for future ERP/WMS systems.
