Job summary

RES is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to join the center-led Procurement Team on complex, high-value projects. You will lead procurement strategy, coordinate expediting, logistics, and receiving, and mentor junior staff while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role is hybrid with a requirement to spend at least three days in the office, supporting cross-functional project teams across site locations and operations. A strong background in EPC procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent degree, or 10+ years’ military/education/relevant work/field experience combination.
• Experience managing procurement project plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact to internal Project and Operations customers for Procurement.
• Define and document project-specific procurement policy, strategy, and objectives; ensure implementation and quality.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and expediting activities; track progress and reporting.
• Lead procurement teammates; mentor and develop staff on complex projects.
• Travel domestically as required to supplier sites and project locations.
