Job summary

IntePros is partnering with a global financial services organization to identify an experienced Project Manager for Construction Sourcing & Procurement to support their Corporate Real Estate team. Lead end-to-end RFPs, negotiate AIA contracts, and drive high-value real estate initiatives across the United States.

The role involves coordinating GMP agreements, partnering with CRE, Legal, and stakeholders, and managing 2–3 active RFPs, 5–8 negotiations, and 8–10 projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction sourcing, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Proven success leading competitive RFPs for commercial construction projects.
• Strong contract negotiation experience with construction managers, general contractors, and architectural firms.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and administering AIA A101, A201, and A134 agreements (required).
• Experience supporting commercial construction or office renovation projects valued at $1M or greater.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP processes to identify and select construction management firms for commercial office renovation projects across the United States.

• Partner with internal Corporate Real Estate, Legal, and business stakeholders throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives, including approximately 2–3 active RFPs, 5–8 active contract negotiations, and 8–10 projects at various stages simultaneously.
• Support commercial office renovation projects ranging from $1M to $40M+.
• Provide ongoing contract support as needed for contractual questions or disputes after execution.

IntePros is partnering with a global financial services organization to identify an experienced Project Manager – Construction Sourcing & Procurement to support their Corporate Real Estate team. This is a unique opportunity for a procurement professional with deep commercial construction sourcing experience who enjoys leading complex RFPs, negotiating contracts, and driving high-value real estate initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end RFP processes to identify and select construction management firms for commercial office renovation projects across the United States.
• Negotiate and execute construction contracts using standard AIA agreements, including A101, A201, and A134.
• Coordinate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreements following subcontractor selection.
• Partner with internal Corporate Real Estate, Legal, and business stakeholders throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives, including approximately 2–3 active RFPs, 5–8 active contract negotiations, and 8–10 projects at various stages simultaneously.
• Support commercial office renovation projects ranging from $1M to $40M+.
• Provide ongoing contract support as needed for contractual questions or disputes after execution.

Current Initiatives

You’ll immediately support several active real estate projects, including a major Pittsburgh office renovation involving five floors of workspace renovations and employee relocations, along with additional commercial office projects throughout the U.S.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction sourcing, procurement, or strategic sourcing
• Proven success leading competitive RFPs for commercial construction projects
• Strong contract negotiation experience with construction managers, general contractors, and architectural firms
• Hands-on experience negotiating and administering AIA A101, A201, and A134 agreements (required)
• Experience supporting commercial construction or office renovation projects valued at $1M or greater
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement platforms such as Ivalua or Sirion
• Existing relationships or familiarity with commercial construction vendors and regional contractor networks

What This Role Is Not

This position is focused on procurement and contract management, not construction execution.

You will not:

• Oversee construction sites or field operations
• Manage subcontractors or day-to-day project execution
• Serve as the owner's construction project manager

Once contracts have been negotiated and executed, the Facilities team assumes responsibility for project implementation.
