Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Washington, DC, to lead retrofits enabling core business functions. You will report to the Tenant Improvements leader or Site Principal of Construction, handling small to medium tenant improvement projects within occupied spaces while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes planning, turnover, and continual improvement, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofits and manage capital improvements from design to turnover.
• Coordinate with occupants and stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Define project needs, secure external resources, manage design/permits/construction.
• Report on project analytics and drive process improvements
