Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead tenant-improvement retrofits and related capital projects. You will coordinate design, permits, construction, and turnover in environments that are in use, ensuring minimal disruption and clear stakeholder communication.

You will report to the leader of Tenant Improvements or Site Principal of Construction. Your role includes defining project needs, securing resources, managing design and approvals, and delivering a fully

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments
• Aptitude managing projects in locations that are not employee’s base of operation
• Knowledge of facilities operations and integrating core functions into project delivery
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
• Effective communication across organization levels
• CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Define project needs, secure external resources, coordinate with internal teams
• Manage design, permit and construction process
• Turn over a fully integrated project to operations partners
• Participate in Construction Operations process improvements
• Coordinate with occupants and stakeholders to minimize disruption
• Establish and monitor project milestones and budgets
• Lead project meetings and ensure quality and turnover to end users
