Job summary

Trademark Property Company in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager, Asset Management, to oversee owner-funded repair and capital improvement projects across the portfolio. You’ll manage scopes from inception through closeout, coordinating with Asset Management, Property Operations, consultants and contractors.

You’ll oversee landlord work under leases and coordinate with Leasing, Tenant Services and Property Management to ensure timely tenant delivery, while leading

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Retail, mixed-use, or commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Experience managing landlord work related to retail leasing, tenant improvements, shell delivery, or commercial development is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse portfolio locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner-funded repair, capital improvement, and landlord construction projects through portfolio from authorization to closeout.
• Coordinate design consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to life.
• Develop sequencing, scheduling, and phasing to minimize impacts on property operations.
• Review construction documents, consultant deliverables, and contractor pricing to negotiate costs.
• Coordinate permitting and governmental approvals.
• Lead on-site construction management, including change orders, meetings, and inspections.
• Develop and maintain project budgets; review invoices and payments.
• Support Asset Management and property planning to protect and enhance asset value.
