Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Construction Manager in Amarillo, TX to lead and administer multiple projects from bid to close-out. You will coordinate with superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include validating proposals, managing schedules, cost estimates, and customer communications, while driving safety and profitability across all phases of construction.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction management practices.
• Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to, validate, and sign off on proposals and specifications.
• Manage all project phases from pre-bid to close-out.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, sales, service, and customers.
• Issue change orders and approve subcontractor payments.
• Maintain project schedule and generate regular reports on progress and budget.
