Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Construction Manager in the United States (Ohio/Cleveland area) to lead multi-phase construction projects and coordinate with superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors. You will manage proposals, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires overseeing bids, leveraging ebuilder, and directing project teams while maintaining strong customer communication and sales support. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of construction management tasks.
Strong written, oral, and digital communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service approach when dealing with sales reps.
Ability to create performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Contribute to, validate, and sign off on proposals and specifications.
Lead Conceptual, Program Planning, Design, Prebid, Bidding, and Construction phases.
Coordinate with Program Managers, sales, and Tremco teams; manage resources.
Use ebuilder for project documentation per policy.
Manage change orders, subcontractor payments, and billing with the superintendent.
Monitor project cost, schedule, and profitability; ensure quality assurance.
Review bids, interview contractors, and ensure contractual compliance.
