Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Construction Management Associate to assist the Construction Manager in executing multi-stage construction projects. You will participate in scope development, proposals, schedules, submittals, permits, and closeout while ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

The role involves coordination with program managers, estimators, and site teams, with responsibilities spanning from pre-proposal through construction and close-out.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and relocate as needed.
• Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Open to relocation after completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposals, specifications, and cost estimates throughout all project phases.
• Support in design, pre-proposal, and pre-construction activities.
• Publish project schedules and coordinate with project teams.
• Attend on-site meetings and track subcontractor documentation.
• Review invoices, payments, and maintain project files.
