• Oversee the company’s accounting and financial management.
• Provide financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
• Manage construction draws, job costing, and project profitability analysis.
• Lead month-end close and coordinate Accounts Payable and Office Administration.
• Partner with leadership to monitor project performance and financial impact.
