Job summary

Superior Rigging And Erecting seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the company’s financial strategy and execution. You will partner with the CEO, President, and Board to link projects, labor, equipment, backlog, and profitability to cash flow and enterprise value.

You will lead Finance and Accounting, drive capital planning, treasury, and internal controls, and build a scalable finance organization capable of supporting growth across multiple sites and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years as CFO or senior financial executive in a complex operating organization.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee construction accounting, WIP, job costing, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Operations to drive project profitability and risk management.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and data integrity.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Finance organization.
