Job summary

Pullman Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and reinforce client relationships across Seattle and the broader Pacific Northwest, targeting commercial higher education, tech, mixed-use and healthcare sectors.

You will collaborate with Technologies and Operations teams to deliver solutions for complex construction challenges, manage accounts, and drive annual sales goals, with 70–80% travel and a compensation package in the $160k–$200k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience building relationships with clients.
• Strong knowledge of the Pacific Northwest construction market.
• Track record of meeting sales goals using a CRM system.
• Local travel 70-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with owners, engineers, general contractors.
• Participating in sales meetings, calls, seminar facilitation, lunch & learns, trade shows, and related initiatives.
• Proactively managing accounts and expanding the Company's business relationship with them.
• Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals set forth by management.
• Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for customer requirements including RFP responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Managing a sales process related to projects with varying levels of complexity and contract values.
