Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or client relations experience in commercial construction.
• Established relationships within the Pacific Northwest development, ownership, brokerage, and design community preferred.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction process and consultative sales approach.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients across the Pacific Northwest.
• Drive new business opportunities aligned with target market sectors and strategic growth goals.
• Prepare action plans to identify target accounts and key contacts.
• Lead and support pursuit strategy, including RFQ/RFP responses and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain engagement with clients through all project stages to ensure commitments are met.
• Represent the company at industry events and organizations to build brand presence.
