Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bid management or bid coordination experience.
• Experience handling a moderate to high volume of bids.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, bid documents and project requirements.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with construction management or project management software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimators to gather bid documentation, specs, and project requirements.
• Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and addendums.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and clarify scope.
• Manage multiple bid schedules and ensure proposals are completed and submitted on time.
• Track bid progress, maintain documentation, and manage revisions.
• Utilize construction management and project management tools to organize bid information.
• Assist with reviewing contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules for client requirements.
