Job summary

Gucci in New York seeks a Manager, Consolidation and Reporting to lead financial planning, reporting, and controlling, partnering with the VP of Finance and CFO to strengthen discipline and robust processes.

You will own the monthly consolidated package, coordinate audits, drive efficiency initiatives, and develop ROI/IRR analyses for capital investments, while supporting HR cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive Finance, Controlling, FP&A or related experience in multinational luxury/retail environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP and BI/reporting systems experience preferred
• Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer-facing industries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and reporting processes with timely, accurate information for leadership and Finance teams
• Prepare and oversee monthly consolidated reporting package for senior management and external stakeholders
• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, coordinating audits and documentation
• Drive cross-functional cost-saving initiatives and support profitability optimization
• Ensure strong internal controls aligned with policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and evaluate business cases for capital investments with ROI/IRR analyses
• Support HR cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and HR reporting tools
• Design and enhance HR reporting tools and dashboards for strategic decision-making
• Supervise inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial goals
