Gucci in New York is seeking a Director of Process Excellence, Governance and Transformation to standardize and optimize finance operations across the region, ensuring alignment with KSS and Group standards. You will strengthen controls, data quality, and accountability while driving continuous improvement across core cycles.

The role requires 10+ years in Finance or related fields, with experience in global, matrixed organizations and travel readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or related function.
• Experience leading finance transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience with shared service or centralized finance, preferably globally.
• Experience in matrixed, international organizations; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end standardization and optimization of finance processes.
• Streamline R2R, P2P, O2C, tax and treasury cycles for efficiency and control.
• Enforce governance and internal controls with balance sheet ownership.
• Lead clean-up initiatives and strengthen reconciliation discipline.
• Serve as primary interface with KSS and align execution.
• Establish clear communication flows to accelerate issue resolution.
• Implement KPIs and control frameworks to identify risks and drive actions.
• Embed continuous improvement and performance tracking across finance ops.
• Lead PO deployment and enforce group guidelines and efficiency programs.
• Strengthen cost control and operational discipline regionally.
• Lead audit coordination for readiness and compliance.
• Act as liaison between auditors, KSS, and stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams reinforcing financial discipline and compliance.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and control.
