Job summary

Landing Point seeks an Associate Director for Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the finance team in New York City. The role focuses on consolidations, multi-currency reporting, and external financial statements under US GAAP, with a strong emphasis on process standardization and system implementations.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in financial reporting or public accounting, expert US GAAP knowledge, and CPA or equivalent credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert-level US GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure is a strong plus.
• Experience leading consolidation or reporting system implementations.
• Experience with complex finance structures and structured finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation process across all legal entities, including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency reporting.
• Oversee preparation and sign-off of external financial statements and internal management reporting under US GAAP.
• Define and govern the Global Chart of Accounts framework, driving standardization across entities.
• Lead the discovery, selection, and implementation of the consolidation system.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and senior stakeholders.
