Job summary

Good Food Holdings, LLC is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the group-wide financial consolidation and reporting. You will ensure accurate eliminations, maintain consolidation models, and coordinate with accounting leadership to deliver timely consolidated statements under US GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred strongly.
• 6–10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, with multi-entity consolidation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycles.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate intercompany eliminations and consolidation across banners and legal entities.
• Develop and maintain consolidation model in ERP/consolidation software, ensuring data integrity.
