You will forecast monthly and annual budgets, optimize room charges, and coordinate with banquet and culinary teams to deliver exceptional service for groups and meetings.

The role emphasizes site inspections, client presentations, vendor coordination, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business and high planner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience with catering sales focus is essential.
• Minimum of one year within the hospitality industry.
• Experience at a hotel of similar size and quality.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Delphi.

Responsibilities

• Create conference plans to meet client needs through planning and leadership.
• Forecast monthly and annual budgets and manage room rentals.
• Work with banquet and culinary teams on event details and pricing.
• Drive repeat business through excellent client relationships and negotiations.
• Present to clients and manage site inspections and client walks.
