Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience with catering sales is essential.
• Knowledge of sales, revenue management, and market dynamics is required.
• Ability to forecast, plan budgets, and motivate peers.

Responsibilities

• Create the desired conference experiences through active communication, planning, and team leadership.
• Understand monthly forecasting and annual budget processes; optimize room rental charges.
• Pursue long-term client relationships and re-book repeat business.
• Engage with industry organizations (NACE, MPI) and participate in sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with banquet and culinary teams and supervise AV as needed.
• Present client proposals and ensure high planner satisfaction.
