Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years Banking experience required, with experience within a Banking Compliance team highly preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in a dedicated testing function (Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Internal or external Audit) required.
• Banking software experience preferred (e.g. Jack Henry, Cognos, Verafin, Actimize).
• Relevant certification (e.g. CIA, CRCM, CFE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Bank’s Quality Control Compliance Program.
• Conduct ongoing QC testing related to regulations (Reg B, CC, D, DD, E, P, X, Z, FCRA, FDCPA, Flood, SAFE Act, MLA, E-Sign Act, etc.), BSA, OFAC.
• Obtain data from bank systems for sampling and detail review.
• Document work papers and draft reports of testing results.
• Collaborate with Compliance team to determine root causes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with data collection for OCC filings and various risk assessments.
• Attend the Bank’s Compliance Committee.
