• Bachelor’s degree or five+ years of related experience.
• Experience in bank administration, operations, compliance and auditing.

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of bank personnel and regulators.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans, coordinates and executes compliance testing and monitoring reviews using established methodologies and regulatory guidance.
• Maintains proficiency in both compliance testing and monitoring.
• Analyzes complex data, identifies root causes, and develops independent findings with corrective action plans.
• Designs testing methodologies and risk assessment frameworks for evolving regulations.
• Oversees issue remediation and verifies effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Acts as a liaison during internal and third-party reviews and complies with required policies and laws.
