Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in bank administration, operations, compliance and auditing.
• Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of bank personnel and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans, coordinates and executes compliance testing and monitoring reviews using established methodologies and regulatory guidance.
• Maintains proficiency in both testing and monitoring disciplines and supports departmental priorities.
• Analyzes complex compliance data, identifies root causes and recommends corrective actions.
• Develops testing methodologies and risk-assessment frameworks to adapt to evolving regulations.
• Directs and oversees issue-remediation processes and evaluates corrective action plans.
• Evaluates corrective actions and follows up to ensure effectiveness.
• Acts as a department liaison during internal/third-party reviews and coordinates documentation.
• Adheres to corporate policies, federal and state laws including BSA and AML regulations.
• Promotes Service Excellence standards and collaborates with peers.
• Performs other duties as required.
