Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Project Manager, Compliance to drive multi-workstream regulatory initiatives spanning origination, servicing, and corporate areas. You translate regulatory obligations into actionable plans and maintain momentum for on-time delivery.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer, you will manage KPI dashboards, governance forums, and change management, balancing risk with timely execution in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years' experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned compliance initiatives or portions of larger programs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status dashboards across multiple workstreams.
• Translate requirements into structured charters, scope definitions, milestones, and tasks.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies; escalate blockers with resolution paths and deadlines.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across compliance and other departments as needed.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and training coordination.
• Maintain project momentum and escalate unresolved issues when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
