Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the Origination division across a broad set of regulatory and complaint-management activities. The role requires independent management of formal complaints and coordination of state and federal examinations with risk-based monitoring oversight.

The position offers an exempt status with a salary range and emphasis on professional communication with regulators, investors, and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in mortgage compliance.
• Strong writing skills with regulator-ready reports and summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple priority tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate and manage a high volume of formal complaints involving origination operations.
• Provide clear, concise written responses to regulators, investors, executives, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate state, federal, agency, GSE, and investor examinations.
• Manage multiple examinations and complaint matters with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Design and implement risk-based compliance monitoring reviews.
• Prepare executive summaries and trend analyses for senior leadership.
