Job summary

Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Office of the General Counsel, acting as a strategic risk advisor and embedded partner across the organization. You will bridge internal audit, IT controls, accounting, and regulatory requirements to drive operational excellence while supporting enterprise risk management.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to translate complex insurance regulations into practical governance and policy

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in internal audit, IT/IS audit, accounting, compliance, risk management, or related regulatory functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to derive clear conclusions from incomplete information
• Experience with data analytics, Excel modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Perform internal and IT audit functions and assess control environments
• Conduct rigorous root cause analyses related to compliance matters and E&O risks
• Research and interpret multi-state insurance regulatory requirements for business guidance
• Design and draft practical policies and governance frameworks
• Identify process improvements and lead system risk mitigation initiatives
• Prepare independent findings and executive-level presentations
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and operational anomalies
• Support enterprise risk management and compliance testing programs
