Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Legal Compliance Leadership team within the Office of the General Counsel. The role partners with senior leaders to embed risk management into business operations and drive regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

You will bridge internal audit, IT controls, accounting, and regulatory requirements, translating complex rules into practical guidance and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in internal audit, IT/IS audit, accounting, compliance, risk management, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
• Experience with data analytics tools and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and IT audit functions to assess control environments and operational effectiveness.
• Research regulatory requirements across multiple states and advise on implications and best practices.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
