Job summary

Meta seeks a Global Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale competitive intelligence programs, partnering with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to manage data contracts and vendor relationships. Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with a focus on vendor management or business operations
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate or similar role
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations
• Experience communicating with data to drive change
• Experience managing conflicting priorities and shifting requirements independently

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete new data contracts and renewals, ensuring timely completion and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage
• Guide vendor management best practices and governance and support pricing negotiations
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are delivered
• Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines to improve efficiency
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team impact and establish supporting operational systems
• Integrate AI into workflows to support productivity and adoption across teams
• Serve as a liaison to Global Research Ops to adopt new processes and best practices
