Job summary

IMA Financial Group is seeking a Compensation Consulting Project Manager to lead compensation initiatives for diverse clients. You will design base and executive compensation programs, benchmark market data, and drive short- and long-term incentive plans with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, independent work style, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. Occasional travel and client engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of compensation, HR, consulting, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of compensation concepts, job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive design.
• Ability to analyze financial data and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple compensation consulting projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate client communications to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Track project hours and billing weekly and monitor costs against budget.
