Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience in compensation, human resources, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compensation concepts, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple compensation consulting projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage client communications for a seamless client experience.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
