Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• 6-8+ years of experience in compensation/financial analysis.
• Strong analytical capability using market data.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads complex compensation programs and processes.
• Applies compensation knowledge to evaluate issues and risks.
• Uses analytics and market data to assess competitiveness and equity.
• Interprets data to inform decisions and planning.
• Consults with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation matters.
• Ensures governance, controls, and audit readiness of programs.
