Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Advisor Recruiting organization, delivering rigorous financial analysis, evaluating recruiting economics, and providing decision support for growth opportunities. You will work with multiple partners across Recruiting, Field Leadership, and senior leaders to support strategic recruiting decisions.

You will build financial models, conduct CBAs, and analyze ramp-up and performance using historical and projected data,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
3–5 years of financial/analytical experience.
Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
Attention to detail and deadline-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience presenting to management.

Responsibilities

Perform financial modeling and CBAs to support advisor recruiting opportunities.
Analyze advisor recruiting deals, payout structures, offer economics, profitability and cash flow.
Partner with recruiting leaders and field management to evaluate advisor packages, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
Conduct advisor ramp-up and performance analyses using historical and projected data.
Provide financial recommendations and decision support for recruiting offers to senior leadership.
Support special projects related to advisor recruiting strategy, compensation programs, and growth initiatives.
