As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you'll partner directly with business leaders to deliver market insights, solve complex workforce challenges, and influence talent decisions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. We're seeking a strategic advisor with strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organization.**Key Responsibilities:** **Partner with Business Leaders*** Serve as the primary compensation consultant for assigned business areas.* Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to understand priorities and translate them into practical compensation strategies.* Advise on hiring, promotions, organizational changes, career progression, and retention.**Deliver Market Intelligence and Strategic Analysis*** Conduct market pricing and competitive analyses using survey data and industry benchmarks.* Analyze market and workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging practices.* Recommend pay positioning and compensation structures that balance competitiveness, internal equity, and business needs.**Lead Compensation Projects and Initiatives*** Lead or support enterprise and business-specific compensation initiatives.* Support annual compensation planning, pay program reviews, job evaluations, and career framework work.* Improve compensation processes and program effectiveness.**Support Executive and Leadership Decisions*** Prepare clear, decision-focused analyses and presentations for senior leaders and executive reviews.* Develop recommendations that reflect business priorities, market competitiveness, internal equity, and governance.**Educate and Influence*** Serve as a compensation subject matter expert and provide practical guidance to leaders, HR partners, and employees.* Explain compensation philosophy, market dynamics, policies, and pay decisions in clear business terms. **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.* Strong business acumen and experience advising leaders on complex workforce issues.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.* Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Compensation consulting experience in financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry.* Experience with market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, compensation surveys, and HR technology.* Experience supporting leaders through organizational growth and change.* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. **In-Office Collaboration**We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
