Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, retirement administration, or total rewards operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or demonstrated leadership of complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external vendors and third-party administrators.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Local to one of our US Hub locations and able to work 2 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of U.S. benefits programs such as Medical, Dental, Vision; HSA; FSA; COBRA; 401(k).
• Lead and support development of a team of individual contributors and subject matter experts.
• Serve as relationship owner for third-party benefit administrator.
• Oversee statements of work, cost, contract negotiation, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve employee experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through analytics and operational reviews.
• Partner with Total Rewards Centers of Excellence and HR leadership on implementation of new benefit programs and changes.
• Act as escalation point for complex benefit administration issues; collaborate with HR pilares to resolve.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS regulations, and DOL requirements.
• Use data to identify continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformations.
