Korn Ferry is partnering with our client to fill the Compensation Manager role. This position leads the design, implementation, communication, and administration of our compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, global frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

8+ years in compensation with leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of local and federal compensation regulations.
Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Proven track record as a coach, consultant, and leader.
Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Oversee annual and ad hoc market evaluations to maintain competitive pay positions.
Manage the portfolio of compensation surveys and leverage market data for decisions.
Lead compensation projects, including vendor management and external partnerships.
