Korn Ferry, in partnership with our client, seeks a strategic Head of Compensation in Atlanta to lead the design and execution of the organization’s compensation strategy.

Reporting to the CHRO, this role guides executive-to-hourly pay programs, ensures compliance, and partners with leaders to attract and retain top talent. The Head of Compensation will build a high-performing team and drive data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' proven experience in compensation management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Oversees development of compensation and merit programs, bonus structures, and incentive programs for all staff.
• Keeps abreast of compensation trends and market data; researches best practices and implements strategy.
• Advises executives on compensation issues and aligns plans with business priorities.
• Develops compensation and incentive proposals for executives and committees.
• Ensures accurate compensation data within HRIS and life cycle data awareness.

Advanced MS Office

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
