Responsibilities

• Create and maintain salary structures for US/Mexico markets for recruitment and promotions.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offers and benchmarking.
• Coordinate with global compensation on job architecture, analysis, surveys and salary structure harmonization.
• Support core processes (merit, promotions, benchmarking, pay equity) across US/Mexico.
