Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for business discussions and presentations.
• Experience supporting compensation cycles: merit planning, salary structure administration, benchmarking.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, leveling, and compensation program administration.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with compensation programs in Mexico or Latin America is preferred.
• CCP designation or progress toward certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico-based operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain compensation structures and job frameworks for growth and market competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and benchmarking for professional, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to provide compensation guidance and insights.
• Support governance across U.S. and Mexican operations ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Lead compensation projects related to growth, acquisitions, and integration.
• Participate in annual compensation programs including merit planning and reviews.
• Develop tools, reporting, dashboards, and analytical models for decision making.
• Evaluate leadership positions for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Help establish scalable compensation practices for international expansion.
