Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation programs for Alliance Air Products, with a focus on U.S. and Mexico operations. You will design structures, perform market pricing and benchmarking, and advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. You will partner across HR and finance, manage governance, and drive analytics and equity in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct business in both languages.
• Experience supporting compensation cycles, merit planning, salary structure administration, and market benchmarking.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, architecture, leveling, and compensation program administration.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation decisions.
• Experience with acquisitions, organizational design, or workforce integration projects.
• Familiarity with HRIS/compensation systems like Workday, Payfactors, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico-based operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain compensation structures and job frameworks to support growth and market competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and benchmarking for professional, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to provide compensation guidance and insights.
• Support governance across U.S. and Mexican operations ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
• Lead compensation projects related to growth, acquisitions, and integration.
• Participate in annual compensation programs, including merit planning and structure updates.
• Develop tools, reporting, dashboards, and analytical models for informed decisions.
• Evaluate leadership roles for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Help establish scalable practices for future international growth.
