Job summary

Nebius is building a scalable cloud AI platform with a global footprint and a diverse team of engineers and professionals. We are seeking a senior compensation leader to own the end-to-end compensation framework, drive market pricing, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable pay across regions.

You will lead merit and bonus cycles, design policies, and develop financial models to project compensation costs while maintaining compliance and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job analysis/evaluation, and market pricing, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with human capital management system, compensation management system, spreadsheet software with advanced functions (e.g., nested lookup functions and pivot tables), market pricing data aggregation software, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compensation function, shaping policy, programs, and governance across the organization.
• Own merit and bonus planning cycles, including design, guidelines, and audits.
• Develop cost models, analyze pay equity, and partner with senior HR and Finance leadership.
• Ensure policy, compliance, and reporting standards across global compensation programs.
