Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the strategy behind rewarding and retaining talent, in close partnership with senior leadership. The role is based in Warroad, Minnesota, with relocation support including housing assistance and counselor guidance.

You will shape base pay, incentives, market analysis, and pay equity; manage annual cycles and governance; collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition; and ensure regulatory compliance while building a high-performing compensation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience managing compensation cycles and working with senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting multi-location/manufacturing organizations preferred.

Job Overview

Director of Compensation will lead the strategy behind how we reward and retain talent driving competitive, equitable, and performance-based programs in close partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

This role is based in Warroad, Minnesota, where Marvin is headquartered.
