Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc is seeking a compensation and benefits professional to analyze and administer programs, maintain job descriptions, and monitor pay trends in line with ERISA and related laws.

You will ensure accurate records and support employee education on benefits and retirement plans. The role requires CCP or SPHR/PHR or SHRM-SCP/CP preferred, a bachelor's in HR or related field, and at least five years of experience in compensation and/or benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, general business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SPHR, PHR, SHRM‑SCP, SHRM‑CP certification preferred.
• Five years of compensation and/or benefits or relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains current, accurate job descriptions and records of job classification values.
• Monitors pay trends and talent market conditions; benchmarks jobs for market competitiveness.
• Maintains compliance with ERISA, ADA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, EPA, INA and other laws.
• Supports employees with benefits education, enrollment, and utilization.
• Administers employee insurance programs including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
• Administers employee savings plans; communicates changes and developments.
