Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc seeks a Compensation and Benefits professional to administer pay and benefits programs, maintain job descriptions, and monitor market trends.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and partner with HR teams to deliver education and resources on compensation and retirement savings plans. The role requires five years in compensation/benefits, a Bachelor's degree, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• Certification such as CCP, SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current job descriptions and records of job classification values.
• Monitors pay trends and benchmarks jobs for market competitiveness.
• Manages the Annual Compensation Review process.
• Drafts communications about compensation, benefits, and retirement plans.
• Ensures compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other laws and regulations.
• Administers employee insurance and savings plans, including 401(k).
• Researches industry trends to keep plans competitive and effective.
• Collaborates with benefits broker and vendors as needed.
