Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to design, analyze, implement, and administer compensation programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and business leadership to ensure market-competitive pay structures and internal equity.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and maintaining accurate job documentation. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems, plus strong Excel skills, are highly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics or related field.
3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related discipline.
Experience with compensation administration and salary benchmarking.
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and compensation modules.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience strongly preferred.
CCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support design, analysis, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT and leadership to support benchmarking, planning, and analytics.
Develop and maintain job documentation and role descriptions for classification and equity.
Create and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for HR and leadership.
Configure templates, budgets, workflows, and approvals in compensation systems.
