Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Compensation Analyst for an onsite, direct-hire role in Monroe, OH. The position focuses on analyzing, administering, and improving compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.

You will work with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Excel, HRIS, and finance partners to design plans, benchmarks, dashboards, and pay equity initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in compensation are required; CCP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience.
CCP certification preferred.
Advanced Excel, HRIS/HCM reporting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as a SME for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configurations, templates, and cycles.
Manage compensation plans, Budgets, routes, launches, and approvals with accuracy.
Lead system testing, data validation, and integrations with HRIS and Payroll.
Develop executive dashboards and analyze pay outcomes, budgets, and trends.
Support market benchmarking, pay bands, surveys, and equity initiatives.
Maintain job descriptions and job families to support evaluation and planning.
Translate compensation data into clear recommendations for HR and leadership.
Create process docs, user guides, and training materials; support system users.
Drive continuous improvements to compensation processes and systems.
