Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Compensation Analyst experience required.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and project-management to support merit and bonus processes, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex compensation data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to handle sensitive compensation information with discretion and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Benchmark jobs and salary surveys; evaluate market competitiveness; advise data-driven pay recommendations.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary-structure assessment.
• Analyze compensation data, identify trends, model recommendations, and ensure data accuracy.
• Classify jobs, benchmark positions, review hierarchy, and draft/ review job descriptions.
• Explain compensation concepts to HRBPs and managers; advise on job design and compensation changes.
